For employees:
- Legal assistance and advices upon all questions, related to the pursuance of a labor contract, its amendment or termination – on the initiative of the employee or of the employer;
- Participation in negotiations with employers devoted to any labor law questions;
- Litigation in labor law disputes, including actions concerning unfair dismissal, reinstatement, seeking redress for unpaid remunerations, pursuance of the employer’s liability for damages, etc.
For employers:
- Legal consulting in entering into, amendment and termination of labor contracts;
- Litigation in labor law disputes against actions brought by employees;
- Litigation in pursuance of the employees’ liability;
- Consulting in execution of internal legal acts within the company - employer’s rule books, establishment plans, orders, etc.;
- Appeal of administrative penalty orders of the Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency for labor law infringements.
