• Litigation in labor law disputes, including actions concerning unfair dismissal, reinstatement, seeking redress for unpaid remunerations, pursuance of the employer’s liability for damages, etc.

• Legal consulting in entering into, amendment and termination of labor contracts;
• Litigation in labor law disputes against actions brought by employees;
• Litigation in pursuance of the employees’ liability;
• Consulting in execution of internal legal acts within the company - employer’s rule books, establishment plans, orders, etc.;
• Appeal of administrative penalty orders of the Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency for labor law infringements.
