Areas of practice:
Works in the areas of employment, contract, commercial and administrative law. Litigation in civil and administrative cases. Legal service of employees and employers, execution of various types of contracts and other legal documents.
Legal consulting of participants and contracting authorities in the public procurement domain, including execution of tender documentation; participation in working committees for examination, assessment and ranking of the tenders; preparation of tenders; appeal of acts and statements of contracting authorities and litigation before the Commission for protection of Competition and the Supreme Administrative Court.
Since August 2010 she has been admitted to the Public Procurement Agency Register as an external expert with professional competence, related to the public procurement subjects, which the contracting authorities may use in the preparation and conducting procedures for awarding public procurements.
